About the Opportunities

· Centre Manager: Provide strong leadership and operational oversight, ensuring quality practice across the service. Build a positive team culture and support the professional growth of your staff.

· Early Childhood Teachers: Lead engaging and inclusive learning programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

All roles:

· Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and child-centred practice

· Solid understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

· Current Working with Children Check (NSW) and First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certifications

Centre Manager:

· Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

· Proven experience in leadership and service management

Early Childhood Teachers:

· Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

· NESA Accreditation (or eligibility to obtain)

Educators:

· Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA approved)
