About the Centre

This community-focused Early Learning Centre offers a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, where children are seen as capable, curious and active participants in their learning.

The Role

  • Deliver a high-quality Pre-Prep (4-year-old) kindergarten program

  • Integrate Greek language authentically into daily learning experiences

  • Work across two 22 place classrooms

  • Collaborate closely with educators to embed bilingual learning

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with families and colleagues

  • Contribute to planning, documentation and reflective practice

About You

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • Fluency in Greek (essential)

  • Current VIT registration (or eligibility)

  • Strong understanding of EYLF and play-based learning

  • Warm, collaborative and relationship-focused approach

  • Passion for cultural inclusion and language education

  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth
