Educational Leader | Brand New Early Learning Centre
- Huntly, Bendigo VIC
- $40 - $48 per hour + Worker Retention Grant + Super
- Full Time | Permanent
- Pedagogical leadership role with dedicated Educational Leader time

Tradewind Australia is proud to partner with a highly regarded Early Learning provider to recruit an Educational Leader for their brand new Early Learning Centre in Huntly, Bendigo.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader, Early Childhood Teacher, or Educational Leader who is passionate about curriculum development, mentoring educators and driving high-quality early childhood education.
As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in guiding pedagogy and supporting educators to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
About the role
In this position you will:
- Support and mentor educators in developing high-quality learning programs
- Guide curriculum planning aligned with EYLF and NQS
- Lead reflective practice and continuous improvement across the centre
- Facilitate professional learning and coaching for educators
- Support documentation, observations and learning outcomes for children
Work closely with the Centre Director and leadership team to embed strong educational practice
You will have the opportunity to shape the educational direction of a brand new centre and build a strong culture of learning and collaboration.
What we're looking for
- ACECQA approved Diploma, Bachelor or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF and National Quality Standards
- Experience supporting educators with curriculum and program development
- Passion for mentoring and developing educator capability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid (CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
