Educator (Part-Time) - Sessional Kindergarten

About the Kindergarten
This welcoming sessional kindergarten provides a nurturing and inclusive environment guided by the values of honesty, respect and learning.
As a not-for-profit service, the kindergarten is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, play-based preschool education, supporting children to explore, learn and grow across health, wellbeing, personal, social and emotional development.
About the Role
We are seeking a caring, reliable and passionate Educator to join a supportive early learning team in a part-time capacity (32 hours per week), working across 3- and 4-year-old kindergarten programs.
Working alongside experienced teachers and educators, you will support the delivery of a high-quality, play-based program in a warm, inclusive and community-focused environment. You will help create a safe, engaging and nurturing space where every child feels valued and supported to learn and grow.

Salary of $50,000 - $60,000 + superannuation (pro rata, commensurate with experience) under VECTEA conditions

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the daily delivery of the kindergarten program
Building positive, respectful relationships with children and families
Assisting with routines, supervision and engaging learning experiences
Contributing to a safe, inclusive and well-organised learning environment
Supporting documentation, hygiene and child safety practices
You Will Have
Certificate III or Diploma Qualification (ACECQA approved)
Working With Children Check
Full Australian working rights
Experience in early learning environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusion and quality education
