The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Principal and senior leadership team. The role requires a highly organised, proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities and maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Principal and leadership team
- Coordinate meetings, briefings, and school events
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence
- Manage calendars, communications, and travel logistics
- Act as the first point of contact for staff, parents, and external stakeholders
- Support governance, compliance, and operational processes
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting a Principal or leadership team in a school environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Relevant qualifications in administration or business (advantageous)
