Executive Assistant to CEO
We are proud to be supporting a well-established community services organisation finding their new executive assistant for the CEO. They support diverse communities across aged care, disability, family, and children's services. The role is initially on a temporary contract with a view to going permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential executive and administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage diary, emails, correspondence, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare agendas, reports, and minutes for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate travel, events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Liaise with government officials, regulatory bodies, and sector partners.
About You
- Proven experience as an EA supporting a CEO or executive leader (ideally within the not-for-profit, aged care, or community services sector).
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and modern digital tools.
