About the Role
Facilitate family dispute resolution and mediation processes
Support parents to develop workable parenting and property arrangements
Conduct family assessments and intake
Work within a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework
Collaborate with an established and supportive team
📍 Location: Mildura or Swan Hill
💻 Onsite only - no work from home
What's on Offer
$91,913 - $109,249 base salary + super + salary packaging
35-hour full-time work week
0.6-1.0 EFT (3-5 days per week available)
12 personal leave days, increasing to 14 after 2 years and up to 21 days after 5 years
Up to $3,000 relocation assistance
Extensive professional development and supervision - excellent for new graduates
Essential Requirements
Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution (mandatory)
Eligibility for FDR Practitioner registration
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Experience working with complex family dynamics and risk
Commitment to child-focused, culturally safe practice
