Are you passionate about supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families? Tradewind is seeking a dedicated Family Engagement Worker to join the Family Service team in Melton. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
About the Role: As a Family Engagement Worker, you will provide essential case management, practical assistance, and family strengthening support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families with children in early years programs. You'll work closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander agencies to promote the safety and wellbeing of these communities. ๐ค๐โค๏ธ
What We're Offering:
- Competitive Salary: Level 4 or 5 (depending on experience) with a salary range of $85K-$100K.
- Benefits: Salary packaging + superannuation.
- Full-Time Role: Onsite in Melton.
- Fixed Term Contract: Until June 2025, with the potential for extension.
