Brisbane and Logan regions | Outreach-based
The program walks alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families involved with Child Safety, using a Family Led Decision Making framework to keep kids safely connected to family, culture, and community.

You'll be backed by a clear model of care, strong practice supervision, and a team that values cultural integrity, accountability, and real outcomes for kids.
Who this could suit:
There are three tiers in this team (Case Manager / Practitioner / Specialist), and we'll match the level to your qualifications and experience.
This could look like: - Solid work history with strong transferrable skills - and ready to study a Diploma (funded)
- Experienced case manager from family support, child protection, youth, housing or similar
- Senior practitioner with deep child protection knowledge and strong cultural engagement
You'll also need: - To be identified as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
- Current driver's licence and confidence doing regular home/outreach visits

If this is close to where you'd like your career to go, even if you're not sure you tick every box, I'd be happy to talk it through.
