🔍 About the Role
As a Family Services Practitioner, you will provide case management, assessments, parenting support, and safety planning for families with complex needs. Locum roles offer variety, exposure to different service models, and the chance to help teams during busy periods or staff shortages.
🎯 About You
You will bring:
✅ Minimum 2 year of experience in Family Services, IFS, FPR or PASDS
✅ A Diploma or higher qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field
✅ Strong understanding of child and family functioning, risk assessment, and early intervention
✅ Ability to work autonomously and step confidently into new environments
✅ Availability for four to five weekday shifts (9am-5pm); no weekend work currently available
✅ Passion for supporting vulnerable families and achieving positive outcomes 🚀
