Family Services Practitioner - Thomastown
Full-time | Locum until 30 June 2026 | SCHADS Level 5 ($63.76 - $66.65/hr + super)
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Family Services Practitioner to join a supportive, values-driven team in Thomastown ๐ฟ
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. You'll work with around 10 families, using a coaching approach that empowers parents to build their confidence, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change ๐

About You
You're a bubbly, engaging practitioner who brings warmth and enthusiasm to your work. You'll have experience in the Child and Family sector, ideally across IFS, FPR or early parenting programs.
What You'll Bring
Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or related field (minimum Diploma)
Experience supporting families through case management or parenting programs
Strong understanding of child development, risk assessment, and family dynamics
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
