Bayswater | Full-Time | SCHADS Level 5

Join a supportive team providing intensive, culturally safe case management to Aboriginal women and their children in the Eastern Metropolitan Region. Help families feel safer, stronger, and supported every day. ๐Ÿ’›

๐Ÿก About the Role

  • Full-time based in Bayswater with outreach across the region

  • 1 day per week WFH ๐Ÿ 

  • Caseload: ~12 victim-survivors (women, children, and men)

  • ASAP start preferred โฐ

  • SCHADS Level 5 (Level 5.3 considered for highly experienced candidates)

๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver intensive family violence case management

  • Conduct risk assessments and safety planning aligned with MARAM

  • Collaborate with families and partner services, including The Orange Door, to ensure culturally safe outcomes ๐ŸŒฟ

  • Maintain accurate, high-quality case notes and reporting โœ๏ธ

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ผ About You

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong experience in the family violence sector

  • Experience supporting victim-survivors, including Aboriginal families

  • Comprehensive MARAM training

  • The Orange Door experience

  • Relevant Bachelor-level qualification

  • Current driver's licence ๐Ÿš—

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
