Tradewind is currently seeking an experienced Family Violence Practitioner to join a committed team based onsite in Seymour. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting victim-survivors and contributing to safer outcomes for families and the community.
🔥 About the Role
As a Family Violence Case Manager, you will:
- Hold and manage a caseload of complex family violence cases
- Provide secondary consultation to internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality assessments using recognised risk assessment frameworks
- Work within trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice models
- Contribute to ongoing service improvement and best practice

- Strong understanding of family services and the family violence sector
- Solid experience in risk assessment, safety planning, and case management
- Commitment to inclusive, client-centred, culturally safe practice
- Ability to work collaboratively with local services and community networks
