Tradewind Australia the leading recruitment agency in community services is seeking experienced Family Violence Practitioners to join our locum pool and support specialist FV services and The Orange Door across Melbourne.

🔍 About the Role
Locum Family Violence Practitioners provide specialist risk assessment, safety planning, crisis intervention, and case management for victim survivors and/or people using violence.
🎯 About You
You will bring:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Violence practice
✅ Must meet the mandatory minimum qualification requirements (Rec 209)
✅ Completion of Comprehensive MARAM Training
✅ Strong understanding of FV risk assessment, safety planning, and trauma-informed practice
✅ Ability to confidently step into fast-paced environments and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
✅ Availability for four to five weekday shifts (9am-5pm); no weekend work currently available
