Make a real impact in community-led family violence responses
Tradewind Australia is proudly partnering with a leading community service provider to recruit Aboriginal Identified Orange Door Hub Practitioners in Mildura and Swan Hill. This is a unique opportunity to join a culturally strong, multidisciplinary team supporting Aboriginal individuals and families impacted by family violence.
Practitioners deliver culturally safe, trauma-informed, and holistic support across child wellbeing, victim-survivor, and perpetrator services.
About the Role
As a Hub Practitioner, you will:
- Provide culturally appropriate responses to Aboriginal people experiencing or using family violence
- Work across the Orange Door's focus areas: family violence, child wellbeing, and perpetrator services
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, client-centred support
- Apply trauma-informed, intersectional, and culturally grounded practice

- SCHADS Level 5: $97,000 - $101,000 + super + salary packaging
- Full-time ongoing roles (0.8 FTE considered)
- Based onsite in Mildura or Swan Hill

Mandatory Requirements - REQ209
To be eligible for the role, you must:
- Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
- Meet the Minimum Mandatory Qualification Requirements under the MARAM Framework (REQ209) by:
- Holding a relevant qualification Diploma of Community services or simular (Upskilling will be provided)
- Demonstrating equivalent experience aligned to the framework
- Holding a relevant qualification Diploma of Community services or simular (Upskilling will be provided)
