Tradewind is proud to partner with The Orange Door (TOD) in seeking an Aboriginal Identified Practitioner to join the Aboriginal team at the Croydon Hub.
๐น About the Role:
As a Practitioner, you'll provide intake, comprehensive assessments, immediate support, and referrals for Aboriginal clients seeking family violence and/or child wellbeing services. You'll be part of a culturally safe and supportive environment, ensuring community members receive the best care possible.
๐น What We're Looking For:
โ Identifies as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
โ REC209 compliance (or willingness to obtain)
โ Experience in Family Violence or working with Aboriginal communities (ideally both)
โ Strong assessment, support, and referral skills
โ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

โจ SCHADS Level 5 salary ($97K - $101K) + super + salary packaging
โจ Onsite in Croydon, with 1 day WFH per week after training
