Casual Crisis Support role in Toowoomba
$49.70 per hour plus penalty rates
Shifts available: Mon-Sun, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
Work autonomously at times, always as part of a tight crew!
Short-term, casual shifts with real impact (and quick pay cycles).
You'll support men experiencing or at risk of homelessness end-to-end.
From intake to exit, delivering case management, advocacy, referrals and goal planning. Help clients secure safe, affordable, stable housing and build the skills to keep it.
You bring:
- Cert III+ in Community Services (or related)
- Experience in homelessness support or relevant crisis response support.
- Calm, trauma-aware practice; strong advocacy and boundaries
- Solid comms, time management and risk awareness
- Respect for confidentiality and dignity- always
- Current Police Check and Drivers Licence
