HR & HSE Coordinator
Human Resources and Health, Safety, Environment Coordinator

$80,000 + super
A growing industrial services business seeks a hands-on HR & HSE Coordinator who can also jump in to support daily operations when needed. You'll own our people & safety systems (BrightHR/BrightSafe), keep records tight, training current and compliance on track, then help with scheduling, parts and customer updates during peaks.
What you'll do
- Roll out and manage BrightHR & BrightSafe (onboarding, mobile app training, reminders).
- Maintain employment agreements, licences/quals, WHS consents and induction records.
- Coordinate staff inductions; track mandatory training and competencies.
- Draft/refresh WHS procedures, SWPs and toolbox materials; monitor incidents/hazards and actions.
- Provide HR admin support (RTW, consultation notes, registers, reporting).
- Operations backup: customer enquiries, work orders, technician scheduling, parts sourcing/ordering, and tidy documentation.
- Collaborate across service, sales and admin to keep daily workflow smooth.
- Occasional travel to VIC for training/implementation.
What you'll bring - 2+ years in HR, HSE, operations or service admin (industrial environment ideal).
- Confident with Microsoft 365 and business systems; ServiceM8 a plus.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and calm problem-solving.
- Clear communicator with customers, techs and suppliers.
- Current driver's licence; reliable and approachable.
