Location: Balwyn North
Salary: $93,000 - $109,967 + Super | Range 4 | 10 Weeks Leave

The Role
A newly created position offering the opportunity to shape and deliver the organisation's HR strategy. Reporting to the Business Manager, this role provides both strategic and hands-on HR support across all facets of the employee lifecycle.
- Lead HR operations, policy development and compliance
- Act as Return-to-Work Coordinator and manage related processes
- Provide advice on workforce planning and employee relations
- Support leaders with performance management and staff wellbeing initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Manager, Finance team and Staffing Committee
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of HR frameworks and culture
Skills / Experience Required
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business
- Strong HR generalist experience within a complex organisation
- Leadership or advisory experience across multiple HR functions
- Sound understanding of compliance, legislation and best practice
- Return-to-Work coordination experience (desirable)
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
