About the role:

We're seeking a passionate HSIE Teacher to join a leading independent K-12 school in Sydney's South West. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, student-focused environment that values innovation and professional growth. Teachers experienced across all HSIE subjects are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties:

  • Planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons that cater to a diverse range of students.
  • Assess student progress and apply strategies to support improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
  • Stay current with developments in HSIE education and integrate innovative practices and technologies.

Skills & Experience:

  • Hold a recognised secondary teaching qualification with HSIE teaching eligibility
  • Proven teaching experience within NSW schools
  • Current and valid NESA registration
  • Possess a valid Working with Children Check for employment
  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Able to provide two professional references from an educational setting
