Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide high-level advice and support across recruitment, performance management, ER, structural change, and employee relations
🔹 Represent HR on selection panels, conduct job evaluations (via the WYATT system), and support council recruitment initiatives
🔹 Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, induction programs, and workforce strategies
🔹 Respond to internal HR queries and contribute to internal HR projects and committees.

What You'll Bring:
✅ Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Business, Psychology, Law, or related fields
✅ Extensive experience in generalist HRBP roles with strong employee relations knowledge
✅ Familiarity with relevant legislation (HR, IR, WHS, EEO)
✅ Driver's licence (essential), with a proactive and collaborative approach

Desirable:
🔸 Experience with workplace investigations and job evaluations (WYATT system)
🔸 Exposure to Local Government or council environments a bonus
