π Integrated Family Services (IFS) Practitioner π
Bayswater | 12-Month Contract | SCHADS Level 5 | Full-Time or 0.8 FTE
We are seeking a practitioner with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identification to join as an Integrated Family Services (IFS) Practitioner. This role provides intensive case management to children, young people, and families, promoting safety, stability, and wellbeing, and is delivered in a culturally safe, strengths-based way. πΏπ
Successful candidates will receive training and upskilling through a structured program to prepare them for the responsibilities of this role.
π‘ About the Role
12-month contract (full-time preferred; 0.8 FTE considered)
Based in Bayswater, with outreach across the Eastern Metropolitan Region
SCHADS Level 5 - approx. $100k + salary packaging + super
ASAP start preferred

Deliver case management support to children, young people, and families
Promote safe, stable, and culturally safe family environments
Work collaboratively with families and partner services to achieve positive outcomes

You will thrive in this role if you have:
Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identification
Experience in case management
Ability to work culturally safely and strengths-based
Experience engaging effectively with families and partner services
