  • Meaningful role contributing to long-term organisational sustainability

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver program-level financial reporting for managers and executives
  • Support annual budgeting and multi-year financial forecasting
  • Assist with grant acquittals, funding reports and audit preparation
  • Maintain accurate cost allocations across funded programs
  • Review general ledger accounts, payroll journals and financial controls
  • Support improvements to financial systems, reporting tools and processes
  • Provide financial guidance and support to non-finance stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in management accounting, reporting and budgeting
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance and reporting requirements
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Desirable

  • Experience working within not-for-profit or community services environments
  • Understanding of grant-funded programs and acquittal processes
