About the Role


As the Maths Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting students' learning and fostering their academic confidence and personal growth. You will work as part of a collaborative and supportive teaching team, contributing to the ongoing development and delivery of engaging mathematics programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Maths across years 7-12. Experience in extension maths is desirable but not essential.
  • Create inclusive strategies to engage diverse learners in a dynamic classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators.
  • Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Maintain effective organisation and meet administrative and assessment responsibilities.
  • Achieve excellent academic outcomes while supporting the school's Christian mission.

You will have:

  • Qualifications: Accredited to teach Maths (via NESA).
  • Experience: Proven ability to cater for diverse learning needs.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Prerequisites:
    • Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent (minimum 4-year qualification or 75% completion).
    • Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
    • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
    • Two referees with educational backgrounds.
