Position Overview: Provide culturally sensitive counseling and support to men affected by family violence. Facilitate group sessions and collaborate with stakeholders for holistic intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling sessions to men impacted by family violence.
  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources.
  • Maintain accurate client records.


  • Qualification in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related.
  • Experience in family violence counseling.
  • Understanding of cultural and social factors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
