Are you a Music teacher looking for a full-time temporary position for term 3? Tradewind are seeking a passionate music teacher to join a prestigious independent all-girls school located on Sydney's North Shore. Join this well-respected school in a full-time, temporary position for term 3, 2025.
This role involves teaching years 7-10 music, as well as supporting the ensemble, orchestra and choir. Both experienced and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated Experience and Skills
- qualifications and suitable experience to teach music
- demonstrated strategies to cater for a variety of learners
- desire to work as part of the wider school team
- flexibility to respond to a dynamic learning environment
- evidence of a relational approach to colleagues, students, and parents
- effective organisation and ability to fulfil administrative and assessment requirements of a teaching role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to achieve strong academic results
Prerequisites:
- Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
- Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
- Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
