THE CLIENT

An established and highly regarded healthcare provider is currently seeking 2 x experienced Grade 2 or 3 Occupational Therapist to join their team. With a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, this role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, with excellent professional development opportunities.

The Role:

As a Grade 2 or 3 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive occupational therapy services across various settings. You will work to assess, treat, and support patients with a wide range of conditions, from neurological and musculoskeletal to rehabilitation and chronic health conditions.

These roles can be either

  • CLINCIAL - Seeing clients in their specialised clinic in the Inner South-East + some community client outreach
  • or
  • COMMUNITY - Fully community based work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed assessments to develop individualised treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily function and independence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on rehabilitation and daily living strategies
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and progress reports
  • Participate in continuous professional development and supervision

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor of Aplied Science on Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration, First Aid & CPR qualifications
  • Experience in clinical occupational therapy (Grade 2 or 3, ideally with 2+ years of experience)
  • Experince in Neurological, TAC or NDIS cases will be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
  • A passion for helping others to achieve greater independence and improve quality of life
