Tradewind Australia, a leading recruitment agency in community services, is seeking experienced AUFV (Adult and Child Victim Survivor) Practitioners to join our locum pool and support services across Melbourne and Victoria.

🔍 About the Role
AUFV Practitioners provide specialist family violence support to adult and child victim survivors, including:
Risk assessment and safety planning
Crisis response and emotional support
Case management and short-medium term intervention
Working within MARAM and trauma-informed frameworks
Supporting adults, children and families impacted by family violence
You may work within The Orange Door, specialist family violence services, ACCOs, or community-based organisations, alongside multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.
Hybrid and WFH options may be available depending on the service.
🎯 About You
You will bring:
✅ Experience working as an AUFV Practitioner at the Orange Door (required)
✅ Strong understanding of MARAM, trauma-informed practice, and family violence service systems
✅ Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or related field (or working toward)
✅ Confidence working in fast-paced, client-centred environments
✅ Availability for weekday locum assignments
