Orange Door Hub Practitioner - Individuals Using Violence
0.8-Full Time | Start ASAP | Short-Term Contract (Extension Potential) ๐
We're supporting a public health service to find experienced Orange Door Hub Practitioners to join a well-established team based in Werribee ๐
In this role, you'll primarily work with individuals who use violence, focusing on risk management, safety planning, assessment, and referrals to appropriate supports ๐ค
The role:
Minimum 4-week contract with potential to extend ๐
0.8 - Full-time hours
Hybrid model: onsite with 2 days WFH ๐ข๐
Location: Werribee
SCHADS Level 5 - $61-$64 per hour + super ๐ฐ
What we're looking for:
Experience working within The Orange Door
Strong risk assessment and safety planning skills
Ability to work confidently with individuals using violence
Available to start ASAP โฑ๏ธ
