Tradewind Australia is supporting an Orange Door service in Melbourne's eastern suburbs to recruit an experienced Locum Program Manager.
This short-term leadership opportunity is ideal for a confident manager who can step in quickly and provide senior operational and practice leadership.
About the Role
As the Program Manager, you will provide senior leadership within The Orange Door, ensuring culturally safe, high-quality responses for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families experiencing family violence or requiring child wellbeing support.
The role will be based across Box Hill and Croydon, supporting practitioners with complex decision-making, overseeing service delivery and working closely with key stakeholders.

Ensure practice aligns with MARAM and Orange Door frameworks
Work collaboratively with internal leaders and external partners
Promote culturally safe and responsive service delivery
About You
You are an experienced family violence or community services leader with the ability to step into a locum Program Manager role.
You will bring:
Relevant qualifications (Social Work, Community Services or similar) or significant equivalent experience
Strong understanding of family violence systems and integrated practice
Previous leadership or management experience
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A commitment to culturally safe practice
