Job Summary: We have a vacancy for a full time Out of School Hours Care Program Manager to work within a Specialist (SEND) Setting starting ASAP and based in Frankston.

About the Role:
We are recruiting for an OSHC Program manager - Disability
We are currently working with an OSHC provider who are looking for an experienced and passionate Program Manager to lead the OSHC program in a specialist school setting.
If you are experienced in the Early Childhood, OSHC and/or Disability sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, we'd love to hear from you.
Key duties:
- Training, coaching and management of a large team
- Experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
- High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills & Experience:
In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:
- Employee Working with Children Check
- First Aid + CPR Certificate
- Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
- Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification
Desired Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as an Early Childhood Educator/Disability Assistant and/or OSHC will be desirable.
