Key Duties
- Deliver engaging Physical Education lessons tailored to the fitness and skill levels of secondary college students.
- Create and implement effective lesson plans to improve physical abilities, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Promote a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education and wellness throughout the curriculum.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in physical education and actively participate in school activities and events.
Skills & Experience:
- Completed relevant Qualifications in Education
- Maintain a valid and up-to-date VIT registration
- Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Demonstrate previous experience as a PE Teacher- Graduates are welcome to apply too
- Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student-teacher mentors are acceptable).
