People & Culture Officer
Part-time - 3 days. Wed, Thurs, Fri
SCHADS 5.1 - $100K + Super + NFP packaging (pro rata)

The Client
Our client is a community-focused organisation committed to supporting staff through strong HR systems, culturally informed practice, and a collaborative workplace culture.
THE ROLE
- Provide generalist HR support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, WorkCover and RTW coordination, training and policy development.
- Maintain HR systems, processes and documentation, including acting as the HRIS Administrator
- Lead updates to HR policies and procedures and support implementation across the organisation.
- Manage staff grievances, disciplinary matters, and award interpretation (SCHADS, Nurses, Medical advantageous).
- Contribute to workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Human Resources Management (essential).
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources, ideally within community or people-focused settings.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms. Employment Hero highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of industrial awards and workplace legislation.
- Confident managing grievances, dismissals, RTW coordination and OHS-related matters.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
