Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum
Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners
Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
Build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues
Contribute to whole-school initiatives and ongoing improvement
You will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Education
Current or pending Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
A passion for primary education and student wellbeing
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
