The P-9 College is a vibrant, fast growing learning community committed to providing high quality education that nurtures the academic, social, and emotional development of every student. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Classroom Teacher to join our passionate teaching team.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic educator who:
Creates engaging, inclusive, and differentiated learning experiences
Builds strong and positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Models the college values of respect, resilience, and responsibility
Uses data to inform teaching practice and support student growth
Works collaboratively in a team-focused environment
Contributes to the wider school community and ongoing school initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum
Maintain a supportive and well-managed classroom environment
Assess and monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback
Engage in professional learning and reflective practice
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Participate in school events, planning, and extracurricular activities
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid VIT registration (or eligibility to obtain)
Relevant teaching qualification
Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
