About the role:
Tradewind is looking for a Primary Classroom Teacher who is excited to deliver high-quality teaching as part of a supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you'll join a growing, future-focused school community and help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality lessons aligned to the Victorian Curriculum.
- Create a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess student learning, track progress, and provide timely, meaningful feedback.
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and reflective teaching practice.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with parents and carers.
- Participate in school events, planning, and extracurricular activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid VIT registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
