$80,000 - $130,000 (Depending on experience) + Super

About the role
We are seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join a welcoming, well resourced school in Berwick. This is a full time, ongoing position commencing in January 2026.
Key Duties
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons using modern, technology-enhanced teaching methods.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student independence and self-directed learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing professional learning through the Global Teacher Academy.
- Utilise digital tools, video conferencing, and online resources to enrich teaching and learning experiences.
Skills & Experience
- Must have a current VIT Registration'
- A strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus
- Demonstrated ability to use modern teaching methods and integrate technology into learning.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to student wellbeing and creating a positive learning environment
