About the Role
We're seeking a Psychologist to work within the refugee and Asylum space in Perth. This role provides high-quality clinical assessments, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and client-centred recovery support for individuals within immigration or complex care contexts. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care.
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Delivering one-to-one and group interventions using evidence-based methods
- Supporting clients through trauma, transition, and adjustment challenges
- Providing consultation and guidance to caseworkers and other professionals
- Liaising with external health, legal, and community stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
About You:
- Qualified Psychologist with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in clinical or forensic settings
- Skilled in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Able to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Current driver's licence required
