Job Description

We're partnering with a hospital in Melbourne seeking a Radiographer with theatre experience for a locum contract supporting a busy surgical service. This is a high-paying opportunity for someone confident working in theatre and stepping into a well-run environment with strong clinical support.

The Role
You will be working in theatre alongside surgeons and nursing teams, delivering real-time imaging to support procedures across pain management and other specialties. This is a procedural, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced theatre environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate C-Arm / fluoroscopy in theatre
  • Support procedures with live imaging guidance
  • Position patients for optimal imaging outcomes
  • Ensure radiation safety and compliance
  • Manage equipment setup, movement, and checks
  • Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate imaging documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Radiographer (Medical Imaging degree)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Theatre / C-Arm experience ideally
  • Confident working independently in a surgical setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
