Job Description
The regional manager role will lead and manage 3 direct reports, and currently will look after Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Cairns regions- with a lot of growth to come this financial year and ongoing.
The position is to be based out of BNE as preference, however can be based out of the Toowoomba or GC/SC office.
To be successful in this role, you must have tenancy/ real estate experience, prefeably within community housing. However compassion and empathy are just as important- with community services values being the focus for this organisation.
Your role:
- Management and supervision of Housing Workers delivering tenancy and property management services for SAH.
- Ensure that Community Housing KPI's are achieved, and funding body requirements are met through successfully developing services and collaborating with support programs.
- Undertake ongoing service planning, budget monitoring and ensure government and regulatory reports are completed and submitted on time
Your experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Property Management, Project Development, Business Administration or Community Services.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role managing staff who oversee a diverse property portfolio.
- Sound knowledge of housing development within the social housing and community welfare sector will be highly regarded.
