Tradewind Australia partners with aged care providers across Victoria, recruiting for not-for-profit, private and government organisations. We are currently working with a highly respected, values-driven not-for-profit provider with a long-standing reputation for supporting veterans, older people and their families through compassionate, community-focused care.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and emotionally intelligent Residential Services Manager to lead a large residential aged care home located in Frankston.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overall operational performance, clinical governance, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability and people leadership. The successful candidate will bring maturity, sound judgement and exceptional communication skills, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centred care while fostering a positive, accountable and respectful workplace culture.

About the Role

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership of the residential aged care service

  • Drive clinical excellence, compliance and continuous improvement

  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams through authentic, values-driven leadership

  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, occupancy and AN-ACC outcomes

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, staff and key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and all legislative requirements

  • Lead accreditation processes, audits and quality improvement initiatives

  • Oversee clinical governance, risk management and quality systems

  • Manage workforce planning, WHS and staff performance

  • Drive operational efficiency, occupancy growth and long-term sustainability

About You

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience in residential aged care

  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, accreditation and AN-ACC

  • High level of emotional intelligence, resilience and professional maturity

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, engage and build trust

  • Sound financial and operational management experience
