Tradewind Australia partners with aged care providers across Victoria, recruiting for not-for-profit, private and government organisations. We are currently working with a well-established not-for-profit that supports older people and their families.
An opportunity exists for an experienced Residential Services Manager to lead a stand-alone 80-bed residential aged care home with Independent Living Units on site, located in the north-eastern suburbs, approximately 20km from Melbourne CBD.
This role is accountable for overall operational performance, clinical governance, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability and people leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centred care.
About the role
* Lead the overall management of a stand-alone residential aged care home
* Drive clinical excellence, compliance and continuous improvement
* Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and workplace culture
* Manage financial performance, budgets, occupancy and AN-ACC outcomes
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and stakeholders
Key responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements
* Lead accreditation, audits and quality improvement activities
* Provide oversight of clinical governance, risk and quality systems
* Manage workforce planning, WHS and staff performance
* Drive operational efficiency, occupancy and financial sustainability
About you
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Senior leadership experience in residential aged care
* Strong knowledge of clinical governance, accreditation and AN-ACC
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations
* Sound financial and operational management capability
* Strong communication, leadership and change management skills
