The Role
Focussing on all safegiarding aspects of our clients customers
Co ordinating and managing incidents
Actively contribute to practice improvment and case management involvment.
Improve the lives and outcomes for people with disabilities.
The succesfull candidate will
Maintain a leadeship focus in managing all areas of safety associated with the role.
Undertake investigations and regular assesments into all reported accidents.
Actively participate in a team environment.
Actively place our clients cusomers at the forefront of practice and focus.
Display exceptional customer service.
Be a team player.
The detail of your role would include
Advocating best practice around policies and procedures involved in incident management.
Ensure awareness of all data and impacts on the wellbeing of our clients customers
Take an active role in training and mentoring team members.
Have a sound knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safegaurding framework.
Requirements
Nursing, Allied Health or Social Work qualification
Experience within the Disability sector
Knowledge of the NDIS standards and practices.
Experience in complex case management
