About the Role:
An exceptional chance for a dedicated Primary teacher to join an F-6 Primary school in Melton beginning Term 1 this year. The position entails working with the grade 5/6 teaching cohort and collaborating closely with the teaching team within this dedicated learning community. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity.
Key duties:
- Foster seamless collaboration with teachers within the senior school teaching cohort
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and curriculum materials closely aligned with Australian curriculum standards
- Exhibit unwavering dedication to ongoing professional growth and development, staying abreast of the evolving educational landscape.
- Embrace and uphold the school's educational philosophy, seamlessly integrating it into both teaching practices and personal ethos.
Skills & Experience:
- Completed relevant Qualifications in Education
- Maintain a valid and up-to-date VIT registration
- Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Demonstrate previous experience in teaching Primary
- Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student-teacher mentors are acceptable).
