This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with genuine scope - overseeing integrated family violence, family, and financial wellbeing programs that change lives every day.

As Senior Manager, Integrated Place-Based Services, you'll lead a team of Program Managers delivering critical, high-risk family violence responses including RAMP, crisis accommodation, 24/7 refuge, and after-hours response.

Working as part of the Client Services senior leadership team, you'll guide the operational delivery of trauma-informed, client-centred services and help shape how local communities access coordinated support when it matters most.

The Role

  • Lead and integrate service delivery across family violence, family support, and financial wellbeing programs.
  • Oversee high-risk services such as RAMP, refuge, and crisis accommodation, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Support and develop Program Managers and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver consistent, evidence-based practice.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with The Orange Door, Victoria Police, government departments, and community agencies.
  • Participate in the 24/7 leadership roster, providing guidance and continuity in critical moments.

Skills/Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, or a related discipline.
  • Proven senior leadership within family violence or related crisis service environments.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, safety planning, and trauma-informed practice.
  • Experience overseeing multiple programs or regions and managing funding contracts.
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on operational capability.
  • A collaborative approach that builds trust with staff, partners, and communities.

Benefits/Perks

  • Up to $160,000 + superannuation
  • Hybrid flexibility - up to 1 day a week from home
  • Salary packaging to boost your take-home pay
  • Extra leave options - purchased leave, gifted Christmas/Easter leave
  • Parental, study, and professional development leave
  • EAP and wellbeing support for you and your family
  • Inclusive, values-driven culture that celebrates collaboration and diversity
