About the Role

Tradewind, the leading community services recruitment agency, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sexual Assault Counsellor Advocate to join a dedicated team in Swan Hill. In this role, you will offer direct support to adults, young people, children, and their families who have experienced sexual assault. Your expertise will guide clients through trauma-informed therapeutic interventions, case management, outreach, and crisis support, ensuring each individual receives the care and support they need.



Key Responsibilities

  • ๐ŸŒฑ Deliver client-led, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions.
  • ๐Ÿ“ Provide comprehensive case management services.
  • ๐Ÿš— Conduct outreach and crisis support as needed.
  • ๐Ÿค Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications and Skills

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
