What You'll Do:
- Provide case management and support services across sectors such as family violence, mental health, youth, AOD, and homelessness OR manage and lead teams, ensuring effective service delivery and team development
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans to support vulnerable individuals and families
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services and outcomes
- Advocate for and empower your clients to access the support they need
What We're Looking For:
- A recognised Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a Diploma with extensive experience
- 2-3 years of experience in case management/leadership within fields such as family services, family violence, youth, mental health, homelessness, or AOD
- Experienced leaders in these sectors are encouraged to apply
- A passion for supporting vulnerable communities and making a positive impact
