๐ Specialist Family Violence Case Managers - Dandenong ๐
Tradewind Australia is supporting Wayss in recruiting two Specialist Family Violence Case Managers to provide short-term coverage during a period of increased demand.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation and contribute to the safety and wellbeing of women and families in crisis.
๐ผ The Role:
You'll provide short-term case management support to clients accessing the Family Violence program, primarily through walk-in referrals.
Your work will include:
Conducting intake and assessments
Delivering crisis intervention and short-term support planning
Providing trauma-informed, client-centred responses
Undertaking outreach visits (in pairs) as required
๐ Position Details:
4+ week contract (potential for extension)
Full-time (9am-5pm) - open to 0.8 FTE
Based in Dandenong
SCHADS Level 5.1 | $63.76 per hour + super
Immediate start available
๐ฑ About You:
We're looking for practitioners who can hit the ground running and bring:
Experience in family violence case management or crisis response
Strong assessment, engagement, and crisis intervention skills
Understanding of trauma-informed and strengths-based practice
Familiarity with the SHIP system (highly regarded)
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, supportive team environment
