Job Description
Multiple positions are available including full time and part time in Brisbane (North), Gold Coast, and Townsville.
Play a crucial role in supporting our clients and as a valued team member. Working from home or in a hybrid arrangement, you will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive mix of supports designed to enhance a participant's capacity to maintain relationships, manage tasks, live more independently, and actively participate in their community.
Your experience:
* Relevant Degree, Diploma or Graduate Certificate qualifications in Disability, Health, Community Services, Counselling, Management, Social Work or equivalent.
* A current Police check (withing the last 6 months)
* Blue card
* Rights to work in Australia
* Completion of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards online worker training module
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain one prior to commencement)
Highly desirable: Experience in Mental Health, Housing, Transitioning from hospital and reviews.
