Team Leader - The Orange Door
Broadmeadows + WFH
Tradewind Australia, the leading recruitment agency in Community Services, is seeking an experienced Team Leader for The Orange Door on a full-time, 3-month contract (with strong potential for extension or permanency).
This role is ideal for an established Team Leader, but we are also open to strong Senior Orange Door Practitioners who have stepped into leadership responsibilities or gained leadership experience in related practice settings.
Please note: Previous experience working at The Orange Door is essential. Applications without TOD experience cannot be considered.
The Role
As the Team Leader, you will:
Provide operational and clinical supervision to AUFV Specialist Practitioners (AUFV experience highly desirable)
Line-manage an integrated team of approximately five practitioners (AFM, CWB and AUFV)
Work three days on-site in Broadmeadows and two days from home
Support high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice across the team
Start ASAP at SCHADS Level 7 ($75.34 p/h)
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience-either as a Team Leader or Senior Practitioner with leadership responsibilities
Mandatory previous TOD experience, with strong understanding of processes, systems, MARAM, service pathways, and integrated practice
Experience supervising, mentoring or guiding practitioners within complex family violence contexts
Strong interpersonal, decision-making and practice development skills
